The Lonely Nudist - Knud Odde
To get Knud Odde to record music again is no easy feat. In this project he was lured to an isolated farm in the most remote part of Denmark.
When arriving, Knud Odde discovered that this exact spot was where he spent summers in his childhood. This was where art made a first impression on him, when he visited the gallery Lien with his aunt. The gallery is still there and the North Sea waves is still pounding on the shores of north-west Jutland.
During our recording sessions, there was a hard rain and strong winds and the nights were black as pitch. Being far away from the comfort of the city ligths, in a barn filled with instruments, was the situation in which the music for this release was recorded.
