The music was recorded on a farm just outside of Hjortdal.
When first arriving, Knud Odde discovered that this exact spot was where he spent summers in his childhood. It was here he had his first strong impression with art - visiting the gallery "Lien" with his aunt. The gallery is still there and the North Sea waves is still pounding on the shores of north-west Jutland.
During our recording sessions there was a hard rain and strong winds. The night was black. Being far away from the comfort of the city ligths - in a barn filled with instruments - was the situation in which the music was recorded.
